The Original by Porfidio (Vintage 2007)

Porfidio is a single-agave, single-origin, single-terroir, single-vintage, single-varietal, single-barrel, first-growth, vegan agave craft spirit that is made from cold pressed, raw agave juice, instead of cooked agave, the normal method. Porfidio is then aged in virgin oak barrels until burgeoning to its sublime maturity status of an Anejo-Extra. From seedling to bottle, it took 15 years to make this bottle.
